In this experience I will share with you some breathing and stretching techniques that will bring peace and serenity into your life. We will achieve a 360 ° well-being, reconciling mind and body through mindfulness breathing techniques and muscle stretching and awakening exercises.
Mental awareness improves attention and perceptual and cognitive activities, muscle stretching prepares our body for movement. You will learn some fundamental exercises for your psychophysical well-being and I’m sure that putting them into practice every day will improve your life a lot!
