A beneficial and regenerating stretching session together with the learning of some mindfulness breathing techniques, which you can follow from the comfort of your home.

In this online experience I will share with you some breathing and stretching techniques that will bring peace and serenity into your life. We will achieve a 360 ° well-being, reconciling mind and body through mindfulness breathing techniques and muscle stretching and awakening exercises. We will discuss after each session to share feelings and perceptions.

Mental awareness improves attention and perceptual and cognitive activities, muscle stretching prepares our body for movement. You will learn some fundamental exercises for your psychophysical well-being and I’m sure that putting them into practice every day will improve your life a lot!

Once subscribed, you will receive the Google Meet link.


N.B Connection is required 10 minutes before the beginning of the experience to check video and audio connection. If followed by a PC, there is no need to download any app. For smartphones instead you’ll need to download the Google Meet app.
